Corporate Facility:

The building at 6363 State Highway 7, Minneapolis, MN, which opened in 1994, consists of 95,000 square feet of warehouse space and 20,000 square feet of office space. There is an Early Suppression Fire Response (ESFR) sprinkler system which enables SPS Companies, Inc. to have complete flexibility in designing the racking layout. Each sprinkler head will distribute 150 gallons of water per minute when activated.
